Back to working out. Wife had a baby girl in February, then got a new job with INSANE hours in March. Joined the gym at work and cranked out a little StrongLifts, but wound up overtraining and getting a cold that lasted about a month. Pre-baby, did TMFS and some scaled CrossFit - now I'm starting back at L1D1 and working my way up.

Stats:

Male, 37 years old.
5'10'', 165 pounds
32 inch waist
Once absurdly skinny (130-135) -- then I turned 30. Dad was right.

Would like to cut 5 pounds or sub it out for more/better muscle.

Today:

L1D1
22 rounds
Topped off w/3x10 reverse situps.

Easy run tomorrow.

If I measured accurately, I'm at 18.3% body fat.

36 inch waist
38 inch hips
11 inch forearm
7 inch wrist

This is based on the healthcentral.com site calculator.

Chest is about 40 inches. So how come I look fat from the side in the mirror? Weird.

I have been posting photos of myself as a means of holding myself accountable and getting the best possible feedback from others on the forum. I recommend it to everyone who is serious about making a change.

Thanks, cheapo - it's a great suggestion - not sure if I'm quite emotionally prepared for photos of myself on the internet just yet. Plus I'd be tempted to sub in shots of Ross Enamait or somebody...
