hey everyone I'm clement and I started simplefit a week ago. I'm 1m77 high (5ft10) and around 127 pounds (57.7 kg). I'm therefore very underweight (BMI => 18.5) and have just below 12% of body fat.
After one week of training (level 5), I'm already up 1.1 kg (2.4 pounds). I weigh myself daily when I wake up, because I noticed if I weigh myself after eating or during the day results vary greatly.
I'm sure my extreme underweightness (is that a word?) comes from the fact that I don't eat enough (I rarely eat breakfast, otherwise I eat very large but very few meals), and NOT (thank god) to a very fast metabolism. I noticed that all programs recommend eating less at smaller intervals, so that's what I've been trying to do (successfully). My new diet is high in fat and protein (I drink a liter of milk a day), and "average" in carbs.
I hope I will be able to hit the 70 kg mark in 6-8 months. 30 weeks for a better body! I'll keep the results tracked weekly. Off to eat a large piece of steak with pasta. see you! thank you Kevin and all of this community!
