My Goals

Just started the simplefit workouts and here are some of my short term goals:

1 Pull Up (currently sub pull ups)
Push Ups x5 (currently push ups on knees)
Front splits
Squat with bar x5
Level 1 REAL MOVES
SALSA DANCING CHAMPION

Level 8 – 15 rounds in 20mins
Level 8 - 5 rounds in 10mins
Level 8 - For time 20mins
