My military husband told me about your program. I have 3 young children, and my main exercise now is running. My new goal is to run my next 5K in 26:00 and the race is in 10 weeks. Speed has been difficult for me. I suffer from side stitches, which is due to my lack of abdominal muscles. I'm hoping that with this program, my strength will increase, as well as, my speed. Being able to do a regular pull-up would be an added bonus! I've come along way to get in shape after my children, but I think this is just what I need to step it up to the next level.
