body weight Fitness Goals

I want to get as fit as possible. I have been as heavy as 365 and down to 240. I would really just love to be able to do outside work without a shirt on and feel like I should feel comfortable in doing so. Plus the obvious side effects of being fit. Lowered cholesterol( sorry for spelling) and etc. I would love to have the energy and confidence to live life to fullest!
Well went to Doc today to get results of blood work! I weighed in at 394, but honestly I dont know where i carry it. I see guys that wiegh less than me and they look like tubs of crap. BUt anyways My chol and Tri are a little high and she says I am a little insulin resistant, so I need to get them down. Then she tells me after all these years of wieght struggle I may have Subclinical hyputhyroidism, great. She wants to see me back in a few months to see how my numbers are. So my new goal are to improve in them.
