Seems like I'm in better shape than I thought I was. I once again finished day 2 (level 2 this time) in under 5 minutes. So next week, level 3!

Another level up for me. Next week level 4! Well actually the week after that since I'm doing level 1 or 2 next week according to the workout schedule.

You will feel awesome after the mellow week, it gives you body a chance to completely recover and you will be stronger than ever.

I just finished my third week on level 4.
In these three weeks, I went
- from 18 rounds to 26 on day 1
from 7 minutes to 4 1/2 minutes on day 2
from 10 minutes to ~6 minutes on day 3.
I think I've deserved a raise, so next week I'll be trying on level 5 for size. Booyah!
