Got several goals that i'd like to log to hopefully remindmyself and keep me on track.
Firstly is to just stick with simple fit and improve my workout work ethic, as many time started and give up on programmes.
Improve push up, dip and pull up numbers.
Get back into to some form of martial art or boxing club.
Stop smoking and cut down my drinking to once per week as i drink alot daily.
Improve my diet to atleast eat some form fresh fruit and veg 3 times per week to start with. only time i eat veg is when i go for a rare carvery. this is one goal me and girlfriend are doing together starting this week.
Complete life overhaul there. will keep updating this and my log regular
