Just finished my first week of simple fit. I am incapable of more than one pullup, so for now I am doing pullups with one foot on a chair 18" in front of me, and doing 3x the reccomended amount. My goal is to stick with Level one for 4 weeks. I am 5'10" and currently way 196 pounds, and my goal is to weigh 185 in the next three months.
Day 1 - 26 rounds (I thought I would hurl)
Day 2 - 5' 33"
Day 3 - 2' 42"
