Drew's Progress and Goals

Current:
Male (don't plan to change this either)
Age: 30
Weight: 163 lbs
Height: 5'11"

Goal: 170lbs of good weight

Background: Lifted weights and did martial arts in early to mid 20s. Quit everything 3 years ago due to nagging injuries. Peak weight was 188 lbs. - mixture of good and bad weight. Lost weight ever since weight lifting was stopped and also increased cardiovascular activity (tennis). Halted all strength training since then. Goal is to gain 7 lbs of lean muscle mass and stay physically fit.

Just started Level 4, Day 1. Completed 20 rounds. Would like to tone arms more, so adding a 5 minute round of curls (4 sets, 10 reps) twice a week after the simplefit routine.

Figured I'd post a picture up to track my progress. Here I am, 163lbs at day 1.
