I started today, hoping to continue. My only goal is to improve, including cardio. I hope this program helps. I play tennis once a week and after 10 or 15 shots rally I'm exhausted. I also want to be able to put the ball deep on my opponent's side without too much effort. Of course, this also depends a lot on technique, but I know I'm also lacking strength to do it over and over again.

I'm 35 years old, I weight 63 Kg and my height is 168 cm. I started with level 1, did 16 rounds the first time. I also would like to learn my fat percentage, it must be well over 20% by now. I would guess mid 20s. It used to be 18% a few years back.

Also, I want constancy! I want to be able to keep doing the exercises without giving up or giving myself excuses! That's the main thing. If I keep at it week after week, the improvements will come.

Next time is Tuesday.

Welcome Teb!

Good goal plan. Kind of the same thing I had in mind when I started. It's been a long road but definitely worth the effort in the long run. You'll be suprised how much this program will help. Good luck!

Today, I made Level 1/Round 2. I couldn't on Tue as I was supposed to and yesterday I played tennis, didn't have any energy for this. But today I managed! I fell short by 2 push-ups though. Next time is Saturday!

Ha, only now I managed the 3rd day. So the first "week" actually took 1 week and a half ;) I was helping a friend to move on Sat and went partying later, no energy on Sunday for workout. Then on Mon I played tennis. So, it was left for today :) Let's see if I manage again by Wed.

Ok, only today I started my second week with 20 rounds! This is not going very well… Next time for me should be Fri, since Thu I play tennis.
