Thanks! I've still got a long way to go. I really want them to become more of an endurance thing than they currently are. Now it's all about getting the strength.

How's your workout going? Good comments and questions early on - you are fitting in nicely.

Of the three tallest guys in the back, I'm the one on the left...

I did FGB with these people, as rx'd - probably had the lowest score overall. I definitely had the lowest of the men. But damn! Where I am compared to last spring....!!!!!

Among the various obvious CF goals (complete workouts unscaled, improved scores on workouts, etc) my specific ones are:
1 Double bodyweight deadlift (415 lbs)
2 Fran in less than 10 minutes
3 Clean and Jerk 250
4 400m in less than a minute (current PR 69 seconds)
5 5k in less than 22 minutes (current PR 25:16)
6 More than 15 rounds of Cindy
7 CFT over 900
