Since April 2008:
Lost 27lbs - Now at 6'4 222
Crossfit Total 600 and rising (next round I will break 300lbs deadlift)
Swim 1k 23minutes
Snatch PR 115 lbs
Shoulder press PR 120 lbs
Pushups nonstop 25
Pullups are coming back - weight-loss has helped tremendously. I also attribute the diet with alleviated the elbow pain (along with my favorites - the nerve glides)
Considering entering a masters level O-lifting competition, just for fun.
What a change from a year ago!
