See my workout log - I break the set on D3 but do get all 10. I am working on all 10 in a row - then I'll start moving up the levels. Don't look over your shoulder!

If you gtg during rest I would suggest staying way the heck away from failure or maybe just rest

Since April 2008:
Lost 27lbs - Now at 6'4 222
Crossfit Total 600 and rising (next round I will break 300lbs deadlift)
Swim 1k 23minutes
Snatch PR 115 lbs
Shoulder press PR 120 lbs
Pushups nonstop 25
Pullups are coming back - weight-loss has helped tremendously. I also attribute the diet with alleviated the elbow pain (along with my favorites - the nerve glides)
Considering entering a masters level O-lifting competition, just for fun.
What a change from a year ago!

Thats great progress!!
Been checking your blog out on a regular basic and I must say you putting down some pretty good numbers on your workouts.. I have also tried to leave a message on your blog but it will not send it. Don't know if it is because I don't have a blog myself?
