Thanks Matt, hope you don't have to go through that either, not fun.
So, Weds I did L1D1 and did 10 rounds in 10 minutes. Starting slowly, just trying to nurse back into this. I also did 30 knees to elbow.
I played hockey last night and this morning I did the following
400m run, 20lb overhead squats and burpees. Man that was rough. Plus 30 knees to elbows.
Feeling good. Tomorrow I am going to go with l1d1 and see if I can go for 15 minutes. I hate having to go slow, but I know it is for the best
