Pull-up Progress

Can do one, dead on, dead hang pull-up. The second one is almost there; can't quite get my chin over the bar. Haven't tried for a third yet. I'm 48 years old, 35 pounds overweight, and have never done an un-assisted pull-up before I started simplefit. The results speak for themselves.

I will be adding/substituting kettlebell excercises on "off" days and randomly on "on" days.
