Just noticed the forum on this great site, thought I would post. I'm in week 4, level 2, started on 1.
Start weight 240, current weight 243.
Noticeable difference in strength, energy and body composition. Clothes feel loose.
Started doing negative pullups only by stepping up on my ladder and I was unable to complete one normal one. Do all my pull ups now by jumping up, can complete 2 in a row without having to jump back up. I don't have a bar, I hang off a joist in my garage so I'm sure I'm developing a heck of a handshake.
Love everything about this workout. I'll post times soon.
I have been taking my diet seriously but did fall apart this memorial day weekend.
