Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm now actually able to do a full strict pullup! And not just one, but 4 in a row (admittedly that's for only my first couple of sets), and that's at a fairly heavy bodyweight. I never would have believed it. Two and a half short months ago when I started simple fit I was barely able to hang from the bar let alone pull myself up.
The simple fit program does work if you give it a chance and give it your all. I look forward to more progress with simple fit and then maybe I'll be ready to tackle some of the crossfit workouts.

EDIT: In my excitement I posted this in the Testimonials instead of Progress. I guess it could fit into both categories :)
