If I hadn't done simplefit for the 10 weeks I did it (up to level 5) I'm pretty sure I would've collapsed on our first march with a full pack. Naturally I don't have much free time during the week so I haven't been able to continue with the program, but I have been able to squeeze in a few 5k runs now and then and sometimes I have enough time to hit the gym for a few rounds of rowing or weight lifting.
I've just completed the first half of my basic training and I wouldn't have been able to do it in the shape I was in before I started SF. So thanks. :D
