Some background info...
Weight about 1.5 years ago - 217 lbs ...probably got far worse before it got better, I gave up weighing myself after this.
Feb 2007 - 207 lbs
This is when I started getting serious about working out and eating "better", but before simplefit. Had I tried I'm certain I wouldn't have been able to do a single pullup with anywhere near decent form. I wish I'd taken a picture back then for comparison.
July 9, 2007 - 197 lbs
Started simplefit and got more serious about nutrition. Could just barely do a single pullup and I wouldn't say the form was all that great.
And where things are at now...
August 1, 2007 - 192 lbs
Down 5 lbs in just over 3 weeks and I've also gained a noticeable amount of definition in my arms and shoulders. Diet is now about 90% clean. I can now manage 2 pretty decent pullups in a row and significantly more if I break them up. I'd like to see 10 in a row, chest right up to the bar, by the end of the year. I'll get some measurements taken tonight so I have something to compare to for next time.
