I don't know how I missed this for so long, but better late then never.
My immediate goal is to once again reach double-digit pull-up numbers. I want 10 in a row by the opening day of elk season, Oct. 1, 2007.
More long-term I want to do the 'girls' over at crossfit. Wait, maybe I should re-phrase that... ahem, I mean 'the girls WOD's'. Towards that end, I picked two I want to conquer first. One has more to do with endurance, the other strength. More important, I think I can be doing these two fairly soon, perhaps within the next 6 to 8 months. Here they are:

clean & jerk 135#, 30 reps for time.
I like the simplicity and functionality of these two together. An added benefit is, I don't have to run to achieve them! :D
