I suppose I should post this.
- Do 1 full dead-hang pull-up
- Take back 7 years of my life in body composition (see image below)
- Get back to a 36/38 waist and be comfortable without my shirt on.

- Do the polar bear plunge at Frozen Dead Guy Days
in March, dressed as a Spartan (except boxer briefs and cape, no speedo'esque shorts)
