My fitness goals are as follows:

Gain strength without putting on a lot of muscle mass

I would like to be able to do 100 pushups, 50 chinups and 100 squats without stopping.

In the process, I hope to get back down to a 34 waist.

100 pushups, 50 pull-ups and 200 -300 squats is probably a more balanced ratio and very doable.
