I'm 26, 152 lbs, 5'11", 29" waist (um, and I'm a girl. so when I start posting dismal pullups, don't judge... blame my center of gravity)
I've been very active for most of my life (dance, running, trapeze), letting it slide a bit in the past few years (I still do yoga and run sometimes). I'm intrigued by simplefit's promise of being able to alter my body composition... and also I want to be in top form for when I start having kids. I hear they're a handful. Something about wanting to be fed? bah.
Anyway. Hi. I'm happy to be here, and looking forward to posting results that will blow you away. Any encouragement is greatly appreciated.
