I think I'm ready for some specific goals:
1-Loose weight to 168 lbs and/or get to a 34" waist.
2-Be consistent in working out for a months time (to start:)).
3-Get to sleep on time and wake up earlier (it would make #2 much easier also).
4-Cut out unhealthy snacks.
