My goal. Do something.

This is where I want to be:

Pull ups - 8 non stop (1min) (current: 0)
Push ups - 50 non stop (2mins) (current: 25)
Squats - 150 non stop (3mins) (current: 50)
Running - 1km (4mins) (current: 8mins)

Will try to work my way through the Levels as I go.

Food - Green smoothie daily; Cut carbs; Cut sugar; Drink 2l water; Take enough flax seed/fish oil/omega 3's

When - 3 times per week

Extra - go to bed before 10pm, get started early

Any comments?

Keep the "Do Something" and the rest will follow.

Ditto what vballman said. small steps, make your only goal to work out consistently and improve constantly. The rest will come naturally. Good first step, my man! Good luck, and we're all here for you!
