That is an amazing transformation, congratulations!

I also play hockey, I was wondering if you noticed a difference on the ice? Specifically in terms of conditioning and endurance?

I just started this program today, but was wondering if I should be supplementing cardio on off days. I'm always sucking wind on the bench!

Great pics and an awesome goal! I like Jason Statham specially since he is a fellow Brit!

Out of interest he pretty much does paleo too, interesting since I know you frequent MDA.

Yeah, Jason Statham look would be a great goal, not too bulky and not too low BF either. Heck, I even have the receding hairline too!
