I know it has only been a week since my last pics, but I feel like I have made some progress in that time.

Back After a 2 Week Layoff

I am back after a two week layoff.
The 1st week, my parents were staying with us and I was off work to spend time with them.
The 2nd week? No excuse.

The strange thing is that I seem to have gotten a bit more cut during the layoff.
I also lost a pound-and-a-half, but that is likely muscle.
I had my son snap a few photos.

My back is most surprising to me. I've always felt like I carry a good layer of backfat!

Week 39

So, my workouts have been sketchy and erratic of late.
I took some photos anyway to see if there was any visible decline in my appearance of fitness. (There's certainly a decline in strength). Anyhow, I don't see that I've backslid much, if at all.

Ive read your progress with great interest.
Is your physique purely down to simplefit would you say,resistance wise?
You do conditioning work too?
