Thank you for the kind words.

My fitness is almost exclusively based on SimpleFit.
In the summer my other physical activities include weekends spent gardening or renovating. Since the fall, I have been playing ice hockey once a week. (And still renovating on the weekends.)

Ive just read your log too and see you have a busy schedule.
Like you,I have kids and full time job which makes training difficult sometimes,like a lot of others on here too I guess.
That's what I like about simplefit though,it's for the "normal" man and woman!
Some great results on here.
PS Cant believe you're still playing sport at midnight on a Thursday!! :shock:

That's good work right there. For everyone that said I don't have time to go to the gym, you're the reason they're full of bullshit.

Also, I can see how much bigger your arms are and more defined as well. That's what surprised me the most about simplefit. I was worried that not training arms would make them suffer, instead my arms got bigger and veins were popping out all over.
