I am a 19 year old college student. I am 6'3" and weigh 245 lb. For three months this summer I will be working in a small town at a graveyard. It is about a 1 mile walk to work and I will be doing mostly trimming with a weed whacker for 20-30 hours a week. Between the simple fit workout (starting at level 1), walking/biking to work, and the Berry Diet created by Kevin I plan to lose 40 lb, losing fat and gaining muscle, by August 15th, 2008.
I will report back to this thread some time in August with my results.
