Whewww who!! Knocked like a minute off of Levl4 day 3! I think maybe running is helping! BTW been using Insulin resistance diet! Basically been eaten a ballanced as i can without going over 30 grams per meal from starchy carbs, dont count carbs in beans, veggies dairy and such. And some fruit. BUt I finished it in 6:16! Hopefully next week! Woulld feel much better if i could get some real pull ups!
