Still having trouble with recovery. Sunday nights D1 gave me horrible DOMS, mostly in my legs, and it was only just letting up today. Gonna try eating a little more (diet is pretty clean - mostly paleo w/ some dairy - but calories may be a little too low) and possibly getting a little more sleep (although I think that's pretty good). Anyways, enough rambling... tonight went like this...

5 rounds for time
5R/5L db clean & jerk
5R/5L db snatch
5 pullups

I believe so... usually 3+ litres per day but I'll try upping that a bit and see what happens.

also did some sandbag shouldering (75# i think, my scales busted), didn't keep track of reps

Followed this up with 5 minutes of shouldering a 75lb sandbag... 22 reps.
