D1 W1 - Weight Loss workout.
Starting weight 197lbs.
Started on a Friday which probably wasn't the best idea.
22 rounds, went for form and not speed.
Half way through I had to sub rows for pull ups. I didn't read first to sub 3 for 1 so I only did 2 for 1, next time though.
