I thought that a high "annoying factor" in the music would help you have a better workout
Good lists, I'll have to give them a shot. My workout music is usually comprised of a mix of Sevendust, All That Remains, Soilwork, and similar bands. Sorry, no free links
Knoc-turnal (Muzik)
Addicted to Speed (Paul Oakenfold)
Black Betty (Tom Jones)
Can't get enough (The Infadels)
Hard as a Rock (AC/DC)
Pump my body to the top (Lords of Acid)
Born to raise hell (Motörhead)
Absurd (Fluke)
Enter the Dragon (Lalo Schifrin)
For those that have a similar taste in music (see my last post) I thought I'd pass along a new discovery: Disarmonia Mundi. Click the link for a sample: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZzrpLRyX1Nc. Sorry, again no free links.
Hi Cheapo, Music plays important role in hitting your fitness goals as music sooth your stress and playing your favorite tracks while working out helps you in sticking with your exercise plans. It was a treat listening your choice and thanks for sharing the link from where we can download the track. Downloaded the track in my collection!
Top of my list would the Brittny Spears, Boyzone, Celine Dion, etc.
Seriously!
Then I can zone-out of the noise and focus-in more on my training, take shorter breaks, get it over with and then turn that sh*te off quicker and get on with something else!!!! ~Sean
