It's been a long time since I've done Simplefit, I'm coming back for more! Time to restart this rig!
The past few months I have signed up for a gym membership (Planet Fitness, such a cheap deal) and have been going semi-regularly, but I want to get back into the bodyweight stuff with the intention of getting to Crossfit Level and looking like those guys from 300. I love the entire Crossfit philosophy.
I've decided to start at L3D1 again, results: 22 rounds (full dead hang pullups and nice slow form on everything with 1 minute rests in between every 5 rounds - so that's 4 minutes of resting)
Be able to bench my own body weight
Any thoughts, ideas, comments to guide me on my path?
Anyone have any experience with rings?
