I am trying out the anabolic diet. The zone diet recommends that, once you can see your ab muscles, you should up the fat intake a bit. The anabolic diet takes this further. I am eating a ton of protein and fat and just a bit of carbs for 5 days and then I do a carb loaded day (or 2) then back to protein and fat. I'll let you know the outcomes.
Right now - I'm steady at 205 and about 10% BF. I'd like to up the weight about 10 - 15 and keep the BF the same.
