I'm not terribly overweight (5'8" 169*) but am pretty out of shape. L1D1 today, only 12 rounds. For the first 3-4 rounds I did real pull-ups, after that had to switch to partials (generally jumping up and holding, 3 for 1). Looking at the results of others, I see that people generally do more rounds than that even on their first time, so I'll try harder next week. I also wasn't 100% clear on how frantic the pace was supposed to be for switching exercises.
If I wanted to add jogging or whatever on the off days, it would be a good idea to wait at least a month before jumping into everything at once head-first right?
*I just looked this up and realized it's actually a good 20 pounds or so overweight.
