i've taken a quick look at the workouts - and here is the data structure that i'd recommend building into logsitall:
Level (drop down menu 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8)
Day (drop down menu, 1,2,3)
Rounds (leave blank for time based workouts)
Total Time (leave blank for rounds based workouts)
Type(basic, intermediate, advanced, tabata)

So in order to log a workout you'd enter the information above a
And then log it. This would also allow you to compare your performance against others using the same criteria.
I've had a few suggestions in mind, but didn't want to bother you as I didn't think SimpleFit users made up anything but a tiny part of your users.
Here are my suggestions:
Please order the "SF Type" dropdown as follows:
99% of SF users are doing the basic workouts, so putting it at the top of the list makes sense. Making it the default selection would also be an improvement.
Day 1 is always for 20 minutes (unless a user quits early). Would it be possible to have 20:00 inserted into the "Total Time(H/M/S)" fields as a default (but still editable value)?
I notice that the legend on my log chart goes from A-Z. After Z there's no way for me to see the stats for that workout in the chart legend. Would it make sense to switch to numbers for the legend?
