What I mean by that is that my personal record for this workout is 25 rounds... I've been at Level 5 before but had to back off for a bit due to some trouble with recovery.

Pretty pleased with that, it looks like resetting down to Level 3 may have helped break through this plateau.

Also did 3x1min plank.

Thanks! Yeah, I hope so, I've struggling with Level 5 for over a year!! :shock: I've not exactly been consistent though.

Today was...

L5D1 - 24 rounds (PR 25 rounds, +1 from last week)

L5D3 - 5:34 (Previous PR 5:45)

Getting closer! Some of the pullups were a little suspect though.

Followed up with 5 minutes of shouldering a 75lb sandbag... 20 or 22 reps, lost track.
