I re-started this program this very monday and missed L1D3 today because of blisters. Vibram five fingers : you need to adapt before you can run with them ! I can barely stand right now. I'm sure I've broken some kind of record with these blisters I have, they're huuuuge. Anyway.
Lately, I've been fascinated by a book : Spark, by John Ratey ( book's blog: http://johnratey.typepad.com/blog/
). It describes the effects of exercise on the brain. This book is really worth reading. In a nutshell : your brain changes however old you are ( it is called neuroplasticity), by exercising you produce chemicals that facilitate these changes

So I'm wondering : have any of you guys noticed something about your mind, and if/how it has changed by following this program ?
