that's the idea. i enter week 9 today, which is a rest week. last week i thought of doing L1 as my active rest, but i'd rather just do some cardio this week - a bit of jogging, rope skipping, punch bag, etc. i don't wanna put any strain on the elbow in the form of pull-ups or push-ups. hopefully a whole week of rest will assist in the recovery process,
