So I haven't posted in a while. I've been busy, caught between work and two very fun video games: Call of Duty 4 (Xbox 360) and Batman: Arkham Asylum (PS3). I've still been working out 2-3x per week and writing down my results. I may have to get a small journal, as my papers I use are getting full/worn out. I've started L3, btw.

L3D1: Max rounds in 20 mins--2 pull-ups/3 push ups/5 squats
Last Monday (a week ago)
L3D2: 5 rounds for time--3 pull-ups/10 push ups/16 squats
R1: 1 min 23 secs
R2: 1 min 23 secs
R3: 1 min 27 secs
R4: 1 min 22 secs
R5: 1 min 22 secs
Total time 6 mins 57 secs
L3D3: For Time--16 pull-ups/33 push ups/33 squats
This was brutal. Pull-ups were 2/2/2/2/2/1/1/2/1/1. Push ups were 10/5/5/3/5/5. Squats were 15/15/3
Total time: 6 mins 45 sec :shock:
L3D1. 21 rounds (barely)
I'm still doing rotating pull-up grips, but I'm doing pull-up grip first. For D2, I'm trying to do only pull-up grip, but if I can't, I use an alternate grip.
