I was going to wait until I'd ironed out all my goals and did my first workout so I could log it, but I'm just too excited to wait. So, hello. I'm in the process of moving so I will be starting on 8/31/09. I found the site through a crossfit thread, and I'm so glad I did. The workouts on here seem feasibly done in my near future. I am tremendously inspired by Crossfit. I eventually want to graduate to that level. It will probably take years, but I'm just ready to start working for my first pull-up!
