I haven't posted here yet, but I just have to tell you how much I enjoy your log! You and I have something in common, we both think we're just hilarious. But you actually are. :) You really ought to take Kevin up on the blog idea!

Ahh, so I....ohh....get the picture now. Oww! Doesn't that hurt your hands? I know you aren't heavy (from seeing your push up video), but won't that eventually damage your shower? Especially if you do your poser ups quickly. I can just image, while working out vigorously on a Day 3 the top rail busts and the shower doors shatter. Glass flies in all directions covering your bathroom. Come to think of it, it would look something like shattering a basketball backboard while doing a slam dunk. Sweet!!! 8) From now on I think you should video tape your poser up sessions. Then when "some day" comes, you can post the Day 3 Shattered Victory Slam for our amazement. Then you'll have crazy teen dare devils all over the world trying to copy cat your stunt!

Man!

I don't know if I could ever look at myself the same way again (in that, grrr... you are a tiger kinda way) if I was responsible for shattered glass in some kid's eye. I mean, that's a medical emergency.

Hello.

The view is quite something up here from level 3. Wow. Three months ago, I never would have thought I would actually enjoy/crave doing zillions of push-ups in a day, nor claim to be able to do one consecutive pull-up, but here I am. Here I am.

Soo....

W11:L3:D1 - 21 rounds. I seriously need some motivation for D1's. I just find 20 minutes a long time to be doing the same thing over and over and over and over and over again. I've lost that loving feeling. It's gone, gone, gone. Any suggestions to bring the sparkley magic back into my ex-life?

mmmmmKay, well, as the last stint in my mental health vacation, I'm going for away until Thanksgiving (Canada's not the States').... soooo my logs may not be consistent, but hopefully my work outs will be somewhat consistent... hopefully. Thanks everyone for your constant support and ego fluffing! You good peeps.

Keep working hard, and I'm excited to find out how everyone is doing in a few weeks!!!

Sept 19 - W11:L3:D2 - total time: 7:31 (2 rounds in 3 min, 1 min rest, 1 round in 1:21, 1 min rest, 1 round in 1:25, 1:15 rest, last round in 1:45.

Sept 21 - W11:L3:D3 - 7 minutes. Adda girl. Nice and even.

Much desert on vacation!

I have to admit I've been seeing other fitness programs. It's true. I mixed it up, kept it fresh.

Lets see, what have I done since I stopped posting on simplefit... Most relevantly I'm consistently down to my lowest weight, and my greatest definition (and not the kind you'd find in a dictionary), ever. Like, totally.

But oh December. It started out as a recovery week which turned into a month filled with so much laziness... oh so much lazy.

I've been at my second, out-of-town, home (my boyfriend and I don't live in the same city, so every other weekend I move houses) on holidays for 10 days with the best intentions. I had had my videos and my motivation and my bands. But when we got back to his place after being at my place over Christmas there was much frozenness and much pipeburstingness and much waterdamageness and much hotdrynoisyfansness from the home restoration people in the bedroom which meant that there was much mattressonthelivingroomfloorakamyworkoutareaness. Yeesh. So there went that plan. So much lazy... (she types as she lays, still in her pajamas at 7pm, on the mattress in the living room)

The good news is is that my body composition has changed so drastically and favorably over the past year that my measurements haven't reeeeeeally shifted. Me and my rose coloured glasses.

Anyhoo... Tuesday I will be back on the work out wagon. But I wanted to sign into simplefit which was a great start and inspiration for me a year and a half ago and get a good kick in the pants. Do pajama pants count?

So I read my old log "Tonia's Log." Oh and how I laughed. I'd forgotten how funny I am and how much fun I had writing those reports. And retorts. I figure I had a mini ab work out. I was howling! Jason kept saying, "Are you laughing at your self again?" Oh admit it, I'm hilarious ;).

Anyhoo, I hope everyone is well and healthy. I miss you guys and think of you often. I have even referred some of my patients to the site...

Have a supertastic 2009. Grab it by the horns. It is yours to do what ever you want with. I may pop in from time to time to say hello.

Okay right...

I thought I would try a brief fly by post... but who am I kidding?

And actually this morning, I had little time (20 minutes in fact) but still wanted to get my five-day-a-week-exercise on, so I pulled up the ol' simplefit workouts.

I started on level 4 and did 7 rounds. I felt, however, that I was cycling too quickly, so I self-promoted to level 5 and completed 11 rounds of that one. Pull ups were negatives and not subbed.

So yeah... hey!

How's it going?

A little about me lately, sold my practice in Vancouver, moved to Nanaimo (Vancouver Island) to live with my fiance. Which means! I got engaged. Tada!! Wedding's next summer, so yeah gotta keep/get in shape.
