That was the continuation from my rest week. Sadly, at least from a workout standpoint, I went on vacation in the Caribbean for 3 weeks and that meant, yup, no workouts!!
Anyway back now and figured I'd start back at Level 2 to see how that treats me after a long break...

That's 2 less than my PR for D2 so I guess not bad but it sure kicked my ass. I was concerned that I might have lost the ability to do pull-ups so this was a pleasant surprise despite the pain.

That's a PR for D3 but I gotta say that the pull-ups seemed harder than normal and form suffered. Maybe that's due to the 5K prior to D3 or last nights trap and glutes workout? Either way I may demote myself to L2 for a bit longer...

Well I really didn't feel like a work out at all today. But, I figured I'm at work with down time so it would be stupid to give up the chance to get "paid" while working out so I hopped on the elliptical for a 25 min warm-up then did the workout. Glad I did as I hit a PR. That said my shoulder feels awfully sore right now. Hope I didn't hurt it.

I should have started subbing maybe at 15 as the last two form was out the window. I figure I've go to get these numbers in the mid thirties to make a sub 5 min D3 so it's going to be a long while on L3.
