A friend showed me to this site, as I am trying to loose about 25-20 kilos. I have my diet down pat, but need to work on toning up a bit. SO far in the last three weeks I've lost 3 kilos.
I live near the beach and go for a walk as often as possible.
After having a look through the work out I think its a really great idea, as its stuff I can ust do at home.
My only problem is that I have nothing to do pull ups or body rows on. There are no poles in my house.
Is it possible to do something else, that will acheive similar results with out having to go buy one of those bars that goes across the door way?
