Workout was really great today. I did my first 15 reps Barbell truster but using a 35 pound bar with 5 pounds on each side and 21 reps pull ups in a 20 minute time and did 8 1/2 rounds I got tired, that was a hard workout. Also ran 40 minutes-5 miles on treadmill since it's raining. I also taught aerobics class for the first time alittle step and cardio kickboxing. I did ok have to pratice though. I also worked my legs with one legged presses, 1 legged ham curls, leg extensions, hip abductors and dumpbell squats with a ten minute bicycle level20 ride. Ok this may be a little excessive but I love to exercise.
