Level 1 Day 1

19 rounds in 20 minutes

Pullups were from standing position with arms bent at around 90 degrees. Tried to lift as much as I could but I have no doubt a little spring from my legs helped as well. After my chin was above the bar I lowered my myself as slowly as I could until my arms were fully extended (with knees bent).

I also did 2 crunches per round.

5 rounds in 7:55 (including 6 crunches per round).

Same pull-up technique as previously.

I need to concentrate more on my form I think.

I also did 21 crunches but didn't include them in the above time.

great stuff!
now just work on those pull-ups so that you can start them from an "arms stretched" position. maybe you can give chin-ups a go as well.
