Pullups were from standing position with arms bent at around 90 degrees. Tried to lift as much as I could but I have no doubt a little spring from my legs helped as well. After my chin was above the bar I lowered my myself as slowly as I could until my arms were fully extended (with knees bent).
I also did 2 crunches per round.
