Good luck to you too, djjd5000. I suspect I'll be on Level IV for awhile, but that's ok as long as I'm making progress.

Did L1D1 last night with 39 rounds. PR for that level, and no substitutes for the chin ups.

On Saturday (5/29), did 22 rounds at L4D1. Personal best. I was able to do the first 4 or 5 rounds without negative sets of chinups. After that, it was one full chinup, and one set of three negatives.
