This is probably normal, depending on your fitness level before you started simplefit, how hard you're pushing yourself, and your individual capacity for recovery. Keep in mind that muscle soreness isn't always an indicator of a good workout, and in fact, persistent soreness is one of the warning signs of over training (although I think over training on simplefit is difficult). If you're progressing through levels and and being honest about giving full effort to your workouts then lack of soreness shouldn't concern you.
